Marbling Kit

The Jacquard Marbling Kit contains everything you need to have a go at the ancient art of paper marbling (although you will need to supply the paper/fabric). Sorry kids, no marbles included either.

The technique involves floating paints on the surface of a gel-like medium (known as the “marbling size”) and then transferring this floating design onto paper or fabric.

This traditional technique gives professional results, and a unique design every time.

Included in this kit are six Marbling Colours, 14.79 ml (1/2 fl oz) each of yellow, red, violet, blue, white & black, 14.79 ml (1/2 fl oz) Synthetic Gall, 113.40 g (4 oz) Alum (mordant), 28.35 g (1 oz) Carrageenan, and full instructions.
