Where can I get Original E6000 in the UK?
The original E6000 was banned in the UK and the makers stopped producing it. New E6000 Plus is the replacement and is approved for safe use in the UK.
Be aware of copy or cheaper versions with similar-sounding names.

How long does E6000 PLUS take to dry?
Allow 24 hours for full cure. Depending on substrates and temperature, maximum bond strength may not be reached for up 72 hours.
Can the cure time be sped up?
Yes, for quick emergency repairs, lightly mist the substrate with moisture prior to applying adhesive. Application on damp and wet surfaces may slightly affect adhesion.
How can E6000 PLUS be cleaned up?
Clean uncured adhesive with rubbing alcohol, mineral spirits, acetone or a dry cloth. Cured material may be removed with mineral spirits or by cutting or scraping.
What temperature is best to apply E6000 PLUS?
Ideal application temperature range is 50 to 90 ºF (10 to 32 ºC). Once fully cured, the adhesive can withstand temperatures from -40 to 200 ºF (-40 to 93 ºC) intermittently.
Is E6000 PLUS waterproof, UV resistant and washer/dryer safe?
Yes.
Can E6000 PLUS be painted over once cured?
Yes. Paintable on most brands/types of water-based paints. Test small area before use.
What is the best way to prolong the life of the unused product in the tube?
After use, remove air in the tube by squeezing product slightly past end of the opening, then tightly recap. The dried product can easily be removed.

What is the best way to clean-up E6000 PLUS?

Can E6000 PLUS be sanded?
Yes, E6000 PLUS sands easily. The cured adhesive sands off at different rates depending on the grit of sandpaper. Carefully cut away as much cured excess as possible. Use the coarsest grit (example 60 or 80) sandpaper to eliminate the excess. Then, a finer grit (example over 200) sandpaper for finish work.

What temperature range does E6000 Spray Adhesive withstand?
Application temperature: Best applied between 50 – 130 °F (10 – 54 °C). Service temperature / heat resistance: 30 – 150 °F (10 – 65 °C).
Is E6000 Spray Adhesive UV resistant?
Yes Resists yellowing.

Yes. E6000 Spray can also be used on other foams.
Is E6000 Spray Adhesive water resistant?
Yes. The cured adhesive has good water resistance.
How long does E6000 Spray Adhesive take to dry?
Paper, photos, cardboard and foil: (read directions) Allow to dry 1 to 3 minutes. Porous materials: (read directions) Allow to dry 1-5 hours. Styrofoam may require an overnight cure. Non-Porous Materials: (read directions) Allow to dry 1-5 hours.
What is used to clean up uncured E6000® Spray Adhesive?
Regular warm water rinsing.
